Your Role & Responsibilities

đź–‹ Creative Writing & Content Development:
âś” Craft engaging, accurate, and research-backed content for marketing and communication materials
âś” Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing copy with the Customer Experience (CX) team
âś” Write and edit advertisements, website content, product descriptions, blogs, and PR messages
âś” Proofread and edit work to maintain high editorial standards

📢 Communication & Public Relations:
âś” Develop PR messaging to enhance brand visibility
âś” Coordinate internal and external communications
âś” Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

đź“‚ Content Strategy & Administration:
âś” Formulate creative copy concepts that align with business goals
âś” Assist in content planning and scheduling across platforms
âś” Manage documentation and assist in marketing campaign execution

What You Need to Apply

âś” Education Requirement: Grade 12
âś” Degree in: Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
âś” Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a copywriting or content creation role
    âś” Key Competencies:
  • Exceptional writing & storytelling skills
  • Strong research abilities to produce accurate and engaging content
  • Creative mindset to craft compelling copy
    âś” Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Attention to detail & editorial precision
