Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Process authorized payroll updates and salary adjustments
- Execute accurate monthly pay runs
- Maintain financial records through journal entries
Payment Processing
- Coordinate salary payments and third-party deductions
- Prepare payment documentation and reconciliation reports
- Verify payroll accuracy through system reports
Support Services
- Resolve payroll inquiries
- Provide guidance on tax and compensation matters
Financial Reporting
- Generate and analyze payroll reports
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Implement corrective measures for discrepancies
Requirements
- National Diploma in Finance/Accounting (NQF 6)
- 3 years’ practical payroll experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems and accounting principles
