Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Required Qualification: Matric Certificate
• Experience: 1 year (retail environment preferred)
• Location: Gateway Mall, KwaZulu-Natal
• Department: Retail Sales & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
• Process transactions accurately (cash, cards, vouchers)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Manage stock control and loss prevention
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Stay informed about current outdoor gear trends

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Basic retail experience (6 months minimum)
• Strong numerical skills

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ years retail experience
• Computer literacy (MS Office basic)
• Knowledge of outdoor activities/gear
