Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education Requirement: Matric Certificate (Office Administration/PR qualification advantageous)
- Experience Needed: 2+ years administrative experience
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Department: Administration/Secretarial
Essential Requirements:
- Clean criminal record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage executive communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and record minutes
- Handle office administration including report preparation and document management
- Serve as liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Manage visitor接待 and office enquiries
- Oversee uniform inventory and distribution
- Prioritize tasks in dynamic work environments
