Position Details:

Essential Requirements:

  • Clean criminal record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and record minutes
  • Handle office administration including report preparation and document management
  • Serve as liaison between executives and stakeholders
  • Manage visitor接待 and office enquiries
  • Oversee uniform inventory and distribution
  • Prioritize tasks in dynamic work environments
