Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings/events
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support Senior Management Team with administrative tasks
- Maintain records and follow up on departmental actions
Requirements
- 5+ years executive support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours
