Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings/events
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documentation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support Senior Management Team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain records and follow up on departmental actions

Requirements

  • 5+ years executive support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours
