Role Purpose:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chief Director of Transport Regulation. This role requires adaptability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and occasionally work irregular hours.
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- Secretarial/Administrative qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
- 3 years’ experience supporting senior management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive secretarial and reception services
- Coordinate meetings and administrative processes
- Support budget administration
- Maintain compliance with government policies
Required Competencies:
Knowledge Areas:
Government legislation, office administration, financial processes, records management
Key Skills:
Advanced organizational abilities, professional communication, problem-solving, computer literacy (BAS/MYTRACK systems), client relations
