Role Purpose:

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chief Director of Transport Regulation. This role requires adaptability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and occasionally work irregular hours.

Essential Requirements:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
  • Secretarial/Administrative qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
  • 3 years’ experience supporting senior management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive secretarial and reception services
  • Coordinate meetings and administrative processes
  • Support budget administration
  • Maintain compliance with government policies

Knowledge Areas:
Government legislation, office administration, financial processes, records management

Key Skills:
Advanced organizational abilities, professional communication, problem-solving, computer literacy (BAS/MYTRACK systems), client relations
