Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chief Director of Transport Regulation. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with accredited secretarial/administrative qualification
- 3+ years experience supporting senior management
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, database systems)
- Knowledge of government financial systems (BAS, MYTRACK)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling and correspondence
- Coordinate high-level meetings and prepare documentation
- Handle budget administration support
- Maintain records and information systems
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of public service regulations
