Pharmacy Sales Assistant Opportunity

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
  • Experience Level: Entry Level (5+ months retail experience)
  • Location: Western Cape
  • Department: Pharmaceutical & Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for customer assistance
  • Manage stock replenishment and store presentation
  • Conduct regular price verification checks
  • Operate POS systems efficiently
  • Promote current special offers and promotions
  • Address customer inquiries promptly

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Certificate

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 months retail experience (till operations preferred)
  • Proven sales experience in customer-facing roles
