Core Responsibilities
- Manage seed preparation processes: counting, packaging, and tray filling
- Operate greenhouse systems including seedling transplantation and irrigation setup
- Conduct field operations: land preparation, planting, and crop maintenance
- Support research activities through pollination management and plant labeling
- Maintain crop growth environments and equipment
Requirements
- Valid Matric certificate (Essential)
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes
- Physical stamina for field and greenhouse work
- Attention to detail for plant management tasks
