Postdoctoral Researcher – Toxicology (Re-Advertisement)

Position Overview:
Full-time postdoctoral opportunity for PhD holders to contribute to groundbreaking research in toxicology and food science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate nutritional properties of wild foods and their protective effects against environmental mutagens
- Perform genotoxicity assessments using bacterial and mammalian cell-based assays
- Conduct in vitro cytotoxicity testing on primary and continuous cell lines
- Isolate and characterize bioactive compounds
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports
- Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations
Essential Requirements:
- PhD in Genetic Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology, Biochemistry or related discipline
- Practical experience with genetic toxicology assessment methods
- Demonstrated research output through peer-reviewed publications
- Familiarity with chromatographic techniques (advantageous)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
