Position Overview:
Full-time postdoctoral opportunity for PhD holders to contribute to groundbreaking research in toxicology and food science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate nutritional properties of wild foods and their protective effects against environmental mutagens
  • Perform genotoxicity assessments using bacterial and mammalian cell-based assays
  • Conduct in vitro cytotoxicity testing on primary and continuous cell lines
  • Isolate and characterize bioactive compounds
  • Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports
  • Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations

Essential Requirements:

  • PhD in Genetic Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology, Biochemistry or related discipline
  • Practical experience with genetic toxicology assessment methods
  • Demonstrated research output through peer-reviewed publications
  • Familiarity with chromatographic techniques (advantageous)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
