To support its ongoing growth, PPC is offering a unique opportunity for recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program (GDP). This 24-month, intensive program is designed to transition graduates from academic life into professional roles. Participants will gain hands-on experience and valuable exposure to various aspects of the business, helping them develop the skills needed to become high-potential employees.

Program Focus: The Graduate Development Program will focus on the discipline of Process/Chemical Engineering, with participants receiving technical coaching and mentorship throughout the program. The rotation across different departments will provide graduates with a broad understanding of the business and its operations, making them well-rounded professionals. During the program, participants will be assessed, mentored, and guided in all technical areas relevant to their field.

At the conclusion of the program, PPC aims to retain high-potential graduates; however, retention is not guaranteed. The goal is to cultivate future leaders within the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering (or related field) from a recognized university, with a minimum 60% average.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to PPC’s performance-driven and purpose-led culture.
  • Candidates must be open to relocating across PPC sites, as required.
  • A clean criminal record is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to black African female candidates and those who meet BEE criteria.
