A dynamic and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operator Support role within the Aggregate Production/Mining Department. This fixed-term contract position offers the chance to gain valuable experience while supporting process operators and learning essential operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist process operators in the day-to-day operations of aggregate production and mining processes.
• Gain expertise in the operation of various processes within the aggregate production/mining department.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment by adhering to safety standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and assist in equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Support shift work requirements and demonstrate flexibility by learning new tasks to meet operational targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in an aggregate or similar environment is preferred.
• Computer literacy to facilitate basic tasks and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of the business.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed to meet production goals.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting.
