Position Details

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics/Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Practical payroll system experience
  • Bilingual communication skills (English + one Western Cape official language)

Core Responsibilities

  • Process and verify salary calculations/deductions
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation records
  • Manage third-party payment schedules (UIF, pensions, insurances)
  • Resolve payroll-related employee queries
  • Generate monthly payslips and reports
  • Maintain audit-ready transaction records
