Position Details

Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics/Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Practical payroll system experience
- Bilingual communication skills (English + one Western Cape official language)
Core Responsibilities
- Process and verify salary calculations/deductions
- Maintain accurate employee compensation records
- Manage third-party payment schedules (UIF, pensions, insurances)
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries
- Generate monthly payslips and reports
- Maintain audit-ready transaction records
