Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with architectural standards
- Develop and maintain applications using RAF-approved technologies
- Create comprehensive system documentation and flow charts
- Conduct quality assurance testing
System Integration
- Design and implement system interfaces
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to policy development and process improvements
- Monitor and report on project implementation progress
Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT or related field
- Preferred Certifications:
- Java Certification
- Microsoft Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Foundation
