Job Opportunity: Programme Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 6) in Education, HR Development or related field

Experience Needed: 3+ years at Assistant Director/Junior Management level

Location: Gauteng

Department: Education & Human Resources

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training program management and evaluation
  • Knowledge of public service legislation and SETA processes
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong project management and digital system skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor training programs
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and quality assurance
  • Manage training records and program evaluations
  • Oversee resource management and team guidance
  • Implement service delivery improvements
