Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project coordination across six countries, ensuring compliance with UNESCO and donor requirements
  • Manage operational, administrative, and financial aspects of implementation
  • Conduct situational analysis during inception phase and update project frameworks
  • Organize workshops, meetings, and project events
  • Supervise project staff and external consultants
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
  • Implement monitoring systems to track project outcomes
  • Coordinate communication strategies for project visibility

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in cultural studies, social sciences, or related field
  • Proven experience in cultural heritage projects and international development
  • Strong budget management and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
