The National Development Agency (NDA) is a government entity established in 1999 to address poverty challenges in South Africa. We work closely with national, provincial, and local stakeholders to implement sustainable development programs.
Position Overview

Location: Gauteng
Experience Required: 5+ years (3+ at management level)
Education: Bachelor’s in Development Studies/Social Sciences (Master’s preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee provincial operational plans
- Manage CSOs development programs and partnerships
- Align NDA programs with government development plans
- Lead provincial team of 50+ staff members
- Manage provincial budget of R25 million annually
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in program/project management
- Government and community stakeholder engagement background
- Strong financial management skills (PFMA compliance)
- Leadership experience in development sector
