Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in legal/document drafting roles
- Location: Centurion, Gauteng
- Field: Legal/Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal analysis of adjudication orders to ensure compliance with CSOS standards
- Verify proper application of legislation and case law in dispute resolutions
- Assess adherence to prescribed templates and legal formatting requirements
- Issue Quality Assurance Certificates within specified timelines
- Identify and document compliance gaps for adjudicator feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal document preparation and review
- Expertise in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Thorough knowledge of:
- Community Schemes Ombud Service Act
- Sectional Titles Management Act
- Companies Act & Cooperative Act
- Advanced legal research and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
