Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate adjudication orders for legal compliance and quality standards
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on case-related matters
- Verify proper application of legislation and case law precedents
- Assess adherence to prescribed documentation formats
- Issue quality certification for compliant resolutions
- Identify and report procedural improvements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven expertise in statutory interpretation (CSOS Act, Sectional Titles legislation)
- Advanced knowledge of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Strong background in legal documentation drafting
- Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Superior written communication skills with attention to detail
