Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate adjudication orders for legal compliance and quality standards
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on case-related matters
• Verify proper application of legislation and case law precedents
• Assess adherence to prescribed documentation formats
• Issue quality certification for compliant resolutions
• Identify and report procedural improvements

Essential Qualifications

• Proven expertise in statutory interpretation (CSOS Act, Sectional Titles legislation)
• Advanced knowledge of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
• Strong background in legal documentation drafting
• Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Superior written communication skills with attention to detail
