Job Purpose
Provide professional quantity surveying expertise for educational infrastructure projects, including cost planning, budget management, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional registration with SACQSP
- 3+ years relevant post-qualification experience
- Valid Code B driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost planning and budget control for construction projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop quantity surveying policies and quality standards
- Review project estimates and cost determinations
- Mentor junior staff and candidate surveyors
- Manage resource allocation and expenditure reporting
