- Registration: SACQSP Professional Registration Required
- License: Valid Code B Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost planning and quantity surveying for education infrastructure projects
- Lead professional teams in construction cost management
- Develop and implement quantity surveying policies and standards
- Review project estimates and cost determinations
- Mentor junior staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying methodologies
- Expertise in project management software
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards
