You will also lead group sessions, facilitating business strategy concepts and discussions, with a strong focus on Zulu-speaking audiences. This position is based full-time at Raizcorp’s offices, where you will work closely with entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Your role is not to act as a consultant but to offer guided support, allowing entrepreneurs to develop their own problem-solving skills.

Raizcorp will provide you with world-class coaching training, preparing you for a coaching career even if you don’t have prior experience in this field. Key responsibilities include individual coaching, group facilitation, and helping entrepreneurs achieve personal growth, increased profitability, and improved business performance.

Required Experience and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A commerce-related tertiary qualification is essential.
• At least 10 years of experience in business, ideally including both corporate and entrepreneurial ventures.
• A proven track record of running your own business is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong empathy and the ability to connect with entrepreneurs on their journey.
• A solid understanding of business strategy, sales, and finance.
• Expertise in at least four different industries, showcasing a well-rounded career background.
• Fluent communication skills in both Zulu and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other in-house systems.
