Responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist:
As a Recruitment Specialist at Raizcorp, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

• High-Volume Recruitment: Handle recruitment processes with a strong focus on metrics and efficiency. Manage a large number of candidates, ensuring thorough and precise handling of each.
• Internal & External Recruitment: Demonstrate a solid understanding of both internal and external recruitment processes to find the best candidates for Raizcorp.
• Applicant Tracking Systems: Use tools like Simplify.hr to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate progress.
• Telephonic & Virtual Interviews: Conduct interviews effectively, ensuring candidates meet the requirements for the role.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Head of People Practices, and line managers to ensure that recruitment needs are met across the business.
• Reporting: Utilize Excel for accurate, detailed monthly recruitment reports.

Working Environment:
This is a 100% office-based position, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, where punctuality and time management are essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12 qualification is mandatory.
• A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is preferred but not essential.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are required.
