Experience: 3+ years in plant tissue culture

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects in plant tissue culture and micropropagation
- Develop protocols for tropical/subtropical crop propagation
- Manage biotechnology lab operations and nursery facilities
- Prepare research proposals and manage project budgets
- Publish findings and present at scientific conferences
- Maintain plant gene banks for conservation
- Mentor junior staff and students
Essential Qualifications:
- PhD specializing in Plant Biotechnology
- Proven experience in micropropagation techniques
- 3+ peer-reviewed publications required
- Experience in nursery/glasshouse management
- Valid driver’s license
- Advanced computer skills
Preferred: Professional registration, cryopreservation experience, national collaboration history
