- Education: National Diploma/3-Year Tertiary Qualification (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- Experience: Building maintenance, project coordination, contract management
- Travel Requirement: Fully mobile with overnight stays

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee regional facilities maintenance operations
- Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance (OHS Act, NBR)
- Coordinate capital projects under R20 million
