Position Summary

  • Education: National Diploma/3-Year Tertiary Qualification (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
  • Experience: Building maintenance, project coordination, contract management
  • Travel Requirement: Fully mobile with overnight stays

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional facilities maintenance operations
  • Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (OHS Act, NBR)
  • Coordinate capital projects under R20 million
