Position Type: Full-Time

Required Qualification: National Certificate in Finance/Commerce/Accounting (NQF Level 6)

Experience Required: 2+ years in finance or customer service roles

Key Requirements

  • National Diploma/Certificate with 240 credits in relevant field
  • Proven experience in financial operations and client servicing
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Coordinate service activation and meter oversight
  • Handle prepaid system administration
  • Generate service quotations and manage connections
  • Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries
