Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and client inquiries
  • Handle office correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and facilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and transport logistics
  • Assist with HR documentation and meeting minutes
  • Support event coordination and campus activities
  • Manage petty cash and basic financial administration

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certification essential
  • Proven experience in reception or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
