Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and client inquiries
- Handle office correspondence and documentation
- Maintain office supplies and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and transport logistics
- Assist with HR documentation and meeting minutes
- Support event coordination and campus activities
- Manage petty cash and basic financial administration
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification essential
- Proven experience in reception or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
