Regional Manager (Two Positions) – Johannesburg Water

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on regional strategy development aligned with Johannesburg Water’s policies
  • Implement monitoring systems for operational standards and compliance
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and procurement processes
  • Drive service delivery improvements based on community needs
  • Manage regional team performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with OHS Act and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • BSc/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (NQF Level 7)
  • 7+ years in water management (5+ years in leadership roles)
  • Valid EB driver’s license
  • Proven track record in large-scale operations management
