Requirements

  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in registry operations
  • Familiarity with document control systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage physical/electronic file storage and retrieval systems
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and official correspondence
  • Implement document archiving and disposal procedures
  • Maintain file tracking systems and provide registry support
  • Scan documents into digital formats
