Requirements
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Physical capability to handle file management tasks
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in registry operations
- Familiarity with document control systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage physical/electronic file storage and retrieval systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and official correspondence
- Implement document archiving and disposal procedures
- Maintain file tracking systems and provide registry support
- Scan documents into digital formats
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of registry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills
