Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national research projects
• Develop research proposals and secure funding
• Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Conduct field/lab research and data analysis
• Publish findings in scientific journals
• Supervise junior staff and students
• Engage with industry stakeholders

Requirements

• PhD in Aquaculture/Animal Science (preferred) or MSc with 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Proven track record in research project management
• Strong publication history in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in securing research funding
• Experience supervising team members
• Practical knowledge of aquaculture systems
