Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle contract administration and accounting functions including:
- Prepare, review, and process contracts and related documentation
- Conduct client credit assessments and escalate for approval
- Manage contract issues through internal tracking systems
- Coordinate with Collections and Accounts departments
- Maintain accurate digital records for all contracts
- Support compliance and audit requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Degree in Administration or Finance (advantageous)
- Proven experience in contract administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of FICA Law and NCR Regulations (beneficial)
- Proficiency with various software platforms
- Professional client engagement approach
