Sales Admin Controller – Port Shepstone

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle contract administration and accounting functions including:

  • Prepare, review, and process contracts and related documentation
  • Conduct client credit assessments and escalate for approval
  • Manage contract issues through internal tracking systems
  • Coordinate with Collections and Accounts departments
  • Maintain accurate digital records for all contracts
  • Support compliance and audit requirements

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Degree in Administration or Finance (advantageous)
  • Proven experience in contract administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of FICA Law and NCR Regulations (beneficial)
  • Proficiency with various software platforms
  • Professional client engagement approach
