Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional service
• Assess customer needs and provide product expertise
• Process sales transactions and suggest complementary items
• Track daily sales performance against targets

Inventory Management

• Maintain stock levels and product displays
• Process deliveries and inventory records accurately
• Manage customer orders and stock replenishment

Store Operations

• Maintain clean and organized store environment
• Assist with daily opening/closing procedures

Training & Development

• Complete initial training program and quarterly workshops
• Participate in monthly performance reviews

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Retail experience preferred (footwear knowledge advantageous)
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
