Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product advice and process transactions
• Achieve daily sales targets and suggest add-on purchases

Store Operations:

• Maintain stock levels and merchandise displays
• Process deliveries and inventory accurately
• Complete opening/closing procedures

Team Development:

• Participate in quarterly training programs
• Complete competency assessments
• Receive monthly performance feedback

Requirements

• Matric certificate (essential)
• Retail experience (footwear preferred)
• Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts
• Basic computer skills
