Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
  • Provide expert product guidance and technical advice
  • Process sales and suggest complementary items
  • Monitor personal sales performance against targets

Stock Management

  • Maintain inventory levels and accurate POS records
  • Process deliveries and customer orders
  • Implement loss prevention measures

Store Operations

  • Maintain clean presentation standards
  • Assist with daily opening/closing procedures
  • Update product displays weekly

Professional Development

  • Complete mandatory training programs
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews
  • Progress through structured career development plan

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12 equivalent)
  • 6+ months customer service experience
  • Flexibility for retail shift schedules
  • Footwear product knowledge preferred
