Position Details

Required Qualification: Matric Certificate
Experience Required: 1 year (Retail experience preferred)
Location: Western Cape
Department: Sales & Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
• Process transactions and handle various payment methods
• Maintain stock control and visual merchandising standards
• Achieve individual sales targets consistently
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• 6+ months retail experience

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication abilities
• Knowledge of outdoor lifestyle products
