Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional service
- Identify customer needs and demonstrate product benefits
- Process sales and encourage add-on purchases
- Monitor daily sales performance
Inventory Management:
- Restock products and maintain accurate POS records
- Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently
- Implement shrinkage control measures
Operations:
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Support opening/closing procedures
Training & Development:
- Complete onboarding with assigned mentor
- Attend quarterly training sessions and assessments
- Participate in monthly progress reviews
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain product displays and sizing accuracy
- Assist with bi-weekly window updates
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Retail/customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Birkenstock products (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work retail hours
