Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional service
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate product benefits
  • Process sales and encourage add-on purchases
  • Monitor daily sales performance

Inventory Management:

  • Restock products and maintain accurate POS records
  • Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently
  • Implement shrinkage control measures

Operations:

  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Support opening/closing procedures

Training & Development:

  • Complete onboarding with assigned mentor
  • Attend quarterly training sessions and assessments
  • Participate in monthly progress reviews

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain product displays and sizing accuracy
  • Assist with bi-weekly window updates

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Retail/customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Birkenstock products (advantageous)
  • Flexibility to work retail hours
