Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
  • Provide expert product recommendations
  • Process sales and suggest complementary items
  • Monitor personal sales performance daily

Inventory Management

  • Maintain stock levels and product displays
  • Process deliveries and online orders
  • Implement loss prevention measures

Store Operations

  • Maintain clean retail environment
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures
  • Update point-of-sale system accurately

Professional Development

  • Complete mandatory training programs
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews
