Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process sales transactions and suggest additional purchases

Inventory Management

• Maintain stock levels and product displays
• Process deliveries and manage stock records
• Handle customer orders efficiently

Store Operations

• Ensure store cleanliness and visual standards
• Assist with daily opening/closing procedures

Professional Development

• Participate in training programs and mentorship
• Attend performance review meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven customer service experience
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Product knowledge in footwear retail (advantageous)
