Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Maintain current knowledge of all products/services and industry trends
• Proactively identify new sales opportunities and grow customer base
• Resolve customer concerns effectively
• Manage POS transactions including payments and exchanges
• Maintain inventory levels and store presentation standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail/customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational abilities
• Understanding of retail operations
• POS system experience (Silverware preferred)
• Effective time management skills
