Your Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Birkenstock standards
  • Maintain store operations and merchandise presentation
  • Process inventory and support daily sales targets

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers within 30 seconds
• Provide product expertise and process transactions
• Achieve personal/team sales targets

Store Management:

• Replenish stock and monitor inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with opening/closing procedures
• Update displays following brand guidelines

Professional Growth:

• Participate in quarterly training programs
• Receive monthly performance feedback
• Complete competency assessments for career progression

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 6+ months retail/customer service experience
  • Flexibility for retail hours (weekends/public holidays)
  • Footwear product knowledge advantageous
