Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
- Experience Level: Entry Level (6 months customer service experience preferred)
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Department: Retail Operations & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
- Provide expert product advice using technical footwear knowledge
- Process sales and suggest complementary items
Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock levels and accurate POS records
- Process deliveries and customer orders
- Implement loss prevention measures
Store Operations:
- Maintain clean displays and assist with visual merchandising
- Support opening/closing procedures
- Handle daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
Professional Development:
- Complete initial buddy training program
- Attend quarterly upskilling sessions
- Participate in monthly performance reviews
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- 6+ months retail/customer service experience
- Flexibility for retail shift schedules
- Footwear product knowledge (advantageous)
