Position Details

Experience Required: 1 year in retail/customer service
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Department: Sales & Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers within 30 seconds of entry
  • Provide expert product knowledge and personalized service
  • Process sales transactions and suggest complementary items

Store Operations:

  • Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock records
  • Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently
  • Ensure daily store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Team Development:

  • Participate in quarterly training programs
  • Complete competency assessments for career progression
  • Attend regular performance review sessions

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Proven customer service experience (retail environment preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours
  • Basic computer literacy for POS operations

Product knowledge in footwear/apparel sectors will be advantageous.
