Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Required: 1 year in retail/customer service
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Department: Sales & Retail Operations
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers within 30 seconds of entry
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized service
- Process sales transactions and suggest complementary items
Store Operations:
- Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock records
- Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently
- Ensure daily store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Team Development:
- Participate in quarterly training programs
- Complete competency assessments for career progression
- Attend regular performance review sessions
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proven customer service experience (retail environment preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations
Product knowledge in footwear/apparel sectors will be advantageous.
