Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer solutions and product recommendations
• Track sales performance and implement improvement strategies
• Maintain current knowledge of products and market trends
• Generate new sales opportunities and expand customer base
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Oversee inventory management and store presentation
• Process transactions through POS systems

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of retail operations and sales techniques
• Proficiency with POS systems (Silverware experience preferred)
• Time management and basic financial skills
