Qualification & Experience

  • Must have a Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Team Leader is required.

Job Requirements & Duties

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Must be PSIRA registered at Grade C level.
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist potential representatives when there are vacancies within the department.
  • Manage the weekly vehicle inspections using the Green Fleet application.
  • Maintain Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) with sales representatives on a weekly basis and report findings to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate and accompany representatives on regular group travel assignments.
  • Assist in identifying suitable OPC venues for OPC events.
  • Provide training to new Sales Representatives, both in administrative tasks and practical field training, including guidance for underperformers.
  • Oversee and manage sick leave and employees absent without leave (AWOL).
  • Assist in the allocation of traffic fines and PER3 management.
  • Help representatives resolve technical queries effectively.
  • Assist with the handling of OTC paperwork rejections.
  • Play an HR management role within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Direct Sales Administrators.
