About the Role of SAP Functional Consultant
We seek a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management to join our HR Technology team. This critical role involves maintaining, enhancing, and stabilizing our HR platform while transitioning key responsibilities in-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central, including job information, organizational structure, workflows, and employment lifecycle data.
- Own and enhance SuccessFactors Time Management, covering time-off, timesheets, overtime configurations, rules, and validations.
- Analyze and resolve time-related issues identified by the business analyst team.
- Ensure smooth system operations and stabilization of time processes by the targeted timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure a seamless HR experience.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and configuration adjustments as necessary.
