Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 or higher qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (completion of relevant courses is advantageous).
- Criminal Record: No past or pending criminal or departmental cases.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Support Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities include:
Document & Records Management
- Typing reports, letters, and memorandums.
- Managing document flow to and from the Divisional Commissioner’s office.
- Keeping accurate records of distributed documents.
- Capturing and reviewing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
- Assisting the Divisional Commissioner with administrative tasks.
- Managing the official diary, scheduling meetings, and handling visitor coordination.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
Systems & Compliance
- Overseeing the bring-forward system for document tracking.
- Preparing and submitting monthly vehicle returns.
