Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Policing, or related field (NQF 6+)
• 5+ years security experience (3+ years in management role)
• PSIRA Grade A registration (certificate required)
• Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in investigations/VIP protection/disaster risk management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement security policies/protocols
• Manage physical security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Conduct risk assessments & security audits
• Oversee security personnel & contractor performance
• Coordinate VIP protection & incident investigations
• Ensure legislative compliance (PSIRA regulations)
• Develop emergency response procedures
