Position Requirements

Education: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Accounting/Finance

Experience: 2 years in public sector financial administration

Skills: Computer literacy (SAGE 300 knowledge advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify supplier invoices using SAGE 300
  • Prepare monthly financial schedules (accruals, provisions, compliance registers)
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliations
  • Support monthly inventory counts and audit processes
  • Maintain proper financial records and filing systems
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closure processes
