Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Experience Required: 4-5 years in customer service
Education: National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (NQF 6/7)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of municipal service centers
- Supervise staff across multiple satellite locations
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and expenditure
- Handle stakeholder communications and public inquiries
- Address staff performance and workplace matters
- Implement service delivery improvements
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma in Administration (NQF Level 6)
- Valid South African driver’s license
- 4+ years’ customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (NQF Level 7)
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience
