Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Experience Required: 4-5 years in customer service
Education: National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (NQF 6/7)

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of municipal service centers
  • Supervise staff across multiple satellite locations
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and expenditure
  • Handle stakeholder communications and public inquiries
  • Address staff performance and workplace matters
  • Implement service delivery improvements

Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma in Administration (NQF Level 6)
  • Valid South African driver’s license
  • 4+ years’ customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (NQF Level 7)
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience
