Required Competencies
- Proven expertise in hardware/software support including remote systems
- Mobile device management experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license with practical driving experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop infrastructure and peripherals
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Manage hardware/software installations and updates
- Maintain mobile device configurations
- Support regional office IT operations
- Document technical issues and solutions
